I'm delighted you're here! My name is Danielle, and I am a master's level clinical intern at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds who are interested in taking positive steps toward creating the life they've always dreamed of. I understand the fatigue that comes with juggling multiple roles while trying to prioritize self-care. As someone balancing family, work, and caregiving responsibilities including caring for my own aging parents, I know how easy it is to put yourself last. My own healing journey began through running and Pilates teacher training, where I discovered the powerful connection between the mind and body. This helped me learn to process emotions, confront trauma, embrace self-acceptance, and slow down.

In our work together, you'll find a warm, non-judgmental environment where your voice is valued. We'll collaborate to uncover your strengths, develop practical tools for balance and resilience, and work toward building the life you've always envisioned; a life where you can Bee-You!

In my free time, I enjoy walking, running, practicing Pilates, and exploring the outdoors with my husband, kids and dogs. It’s an honor to be part of the Bee-You team, and I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.

Our approach to therapy is Person-Centered & Affirming.

That means we let your needs guide our work together, pulling from different modalities to fit your goals and needs.
