  • are a part of the “Late Diagnosis Club”

  • are self-diagnosed

  • or are unsure about your own neurodivergent identity

No matter if you…

you are welcome here.

Let’s be real for a minute.

Living in a world made for neurotypical brains is tough.

It can leave you feeling like an alien: misunderstood, confused, out of place, and like you need to hide in order to avoid judgment. Can you relate to feeling…

  • Like you are constantly having to mask in order to blend in

  • Stress from living with sensory issues like sensitivity to noise, feeling, texture, and touch

  • Over- or understimulated, when others around you seem to be doing just fine

  • Your emotions really deeply or trouble noticing your emotions very much at all

  • Exhausted from social situations and the effort you put into trying to fit in

You don’t have to change for the world around you.

I believe you don’t have to take on other people’s conceptions about who or how you should or shouldn’t be.

There is no need to force yourself to do things that hurt or feel harmful to you. Historically, therapy for autism has caused harm and intensified the stress and pain of the people it was supposed to help.
Neurodivergent-affirming therapy is different. Instead of working toward change or building “neurotypical life skills,” we celebrate who you are and find ways to improve your life for the better.

The point of therapy will never be to make you less autistic.

You get to decide which goals are right for you.

Whether that’s wanting to embrace your identity as neurodivergent, getting relief from masking, or preventing meltdowns. I can help you understand more about yourself and what works best for you. We can talk about stress, social situations, stimming, or sex—no topic is too big, too small, or off limits.

  • Express your emotions in traditional and non-traditional ways
