Instead, I can help you find what works best for you—because that’s what matters most. I am a neurodivergent (ND) therapist who offers 100% neurodiversity-affirming therapy. Because you’re not going to be like other people, and guess what? That’s okay. I help neurodivergent women who are tired of masking to live authentically and BEE themselves. 

In our work together, we’ll figure out what works well for you and what isn’t working so well. We can explore life hacks, stim out together, or talk about ways to improve your executive functioning. Most of my clients have tried therapy before and have not had the experience they wanted. I’m here to show you what therapy can be like when it’s 100% neurodiversity-affirming.
